We are fortunate to have a state of the art hospital facility and associated network of clinics serving the health needs of our small county.

Delta County Memorial Hospital has been in operation for more than 100 years.  Their success over the past year was evidenced by receiving the only “A” grade in the region from a national quality measurement company for the third year, and lowering their surgical infection rate to 0.19%, which is significantly below the regional and national average. DCMH also boasts the highest quality MRI machine on the western slope and a premier Radiology Department in general.

In a time when other hospitals are struggling to adapt to changes in the health care delivery process, DCMH is thriving and has transitioned from a hospital to a hospital system that is focused on improving quality and access.

Over the past several years, DCMH has invested in new technologies to stay up to date and at times ahead of the curve. In 2014, the hospital partnered with more clinics in the county to ensure access and improve the network in the county to better serve our residents. This effort has built a successful partnership with the communities served.

Delta County Memorial Hospital is a publicly owned hospital whose mission is to be the people’s first choice for accessible, high quality health services and to enhance the well being of those we serve.
